Shell (Oamaru)

Remember the good old days when stopping for petrol was more than just a quick fill-up? This beautifully restored 1960’s petrol pump takes me right back to that nostalgic era.

Imagine pulling up to the forecourt, the attendant greeting you with a friendly smile and full service. Clicking the handle to start the fill, watching the numbers slowly tick upwards – it was an experience in itself. And let’s not forget the chance to grab a refreshing L&P or other classic Kiwi treat while you were there.

This lovingly cared for piece of history is a testament to a bygone era. It transports us back to a time when the journey was just as important as the destination. We’re thrilled to be able to share this treasure with you and keep those nostalgic memories alive.
